This unique 2 bed/1 bath, 2-story craftsman style bungalow is located in the heart of the thriving South Main (SOMA) district and the historical Quapaw Quarters area. You’re within walking distance of a variety of restaurants and shops, less than a mile from the newly renovated Arkansas Fine Arts Museum and so much more.
SOMA Boho Bungalow has all the charm of an older home but with modern technology. Google NEST helps control the temperature and includes Smart Home Keyless entry. Google Voice lets you turn on the TVs, most lamps, adjust the thermostat, play music, and even set reminders.
The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed and a cozy reading nook, which could be used for a child to sleep. You’ll also find plenty of storage space, TV, blackout curtains, shutters, and an oscillating fan for extra comfort.
The second room includes a TV and access to a sleeping porch, which has been converted into a dedicated office space. You’ll also find another oscillating fan because we love comfort!
The living room is cozy and comfy with a larger TV. You’ll find that the sofa converts to a full-sized bed (though on the smaller side, better for a child).
The dining room has a table for 6, a variety of games to enjoy, and a well-stocked coffee and tea bar.
The kitchen is quaint, with original tile flooring, and is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, and cooking utensils you need to cook in. There’s a full-sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster oven. Plus, we’ve provided the basics for spices to get you started. Bon Appetite!
There is a convenient laundry space right off the kitchen with a stackable washer/dryer set.
You’ll find a lovely, large deck with a sectional outdoor couch and chairs, making the space perfect for unwinding in the evening or sipping your coffee in the morning. There’s also a charcoal grill for the grill masters.
